Eliot Vancil is the founder and CEO of Fuel Logic, a nationwide diesel and DEF delivery company based in Dallas, Texas. Under his leadership, Fuel Logic has grown into a trusted name in on-site fuel delivery, serving thousands of businesses across construction, HVAC, landscaping, event rental, data centers, and emergency response industries. The company delivers millions of gallons of fuel annually through a national network, helping fleet managers and site operators keep equipment running without the downtime of off-site refueling.
Eliot's path to Fuel Logic was not a straight line. A self-described serial entrepreneur with over 25 years in business, he has started, run, and sold multiple companies throughout his career, learning as much from the failures as the wins. His entrepreneurial roots go back to Network Logic, an IT managed services company he founded in 1998 and led as President and CEO for over two decades, providing technology solutions and support to small and medium businesses across Texas. During that same period, he also co-founded NXTSYS Consulting, expanding his footprint in the technology services space.
Eliot's early career began in a more traditional corporate setting, working as Director of Information Services at George McElroy & Associates in the mid-1990s. It was there that he built the foundational business and technical skills that would later shape his approach to running his own companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, where he studied finance and business management.
In 2015, Eliot brought his operational and technology background into the fuel industry, founding Fuel Logic with a focus on transparency and customer-first service in an industry not always known for either. He has been vocal about pricing honesty in fuel delivery, pointing out that companies who claim to charge no delivery fee are often simply building that cost into their per-gallon rate instead. That stance has become part of Fuel Logic's identity: showing customers exactly what they are paying for, whether that is fuel, delivery, time, or urgency, rather than obscuring costs behind vague pricing structures.
Beyond fuel delivery, Eliot is also the proprietor of Beaumont Hotel & Spa, a role he has held since 2023, reflecting his interest in hospitality and guest experience alongside his logistics and technology background. Across every venture, he has emphasized the importance of building strong teams and healthy company culture, crediting much of his success to hiring well and creating environments where people want to stay and grow.
Eliot is based in Dallas, Texas, where he continues to lead Fuel Logic's growth while staying hands-on with the company's strategic direction, customer relationships, and industry positioning.
