'''Little Scholars School of Early Learning''' is a family-owned early childhood education provider operating 17 purpose-built campuses across South East Queensland, spanning the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, and Redland Bay. Founded by '''Jae Fraser''' in 2014, the company began with a single campus acquisition on the northern Gold Coast and has since grown into one of the region's largest independent early learning networks, now supporting over 7,000 children and employing more than 500 staff across its centres.

'''Jae Fraser''', the founder, brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and care. He holds university qualifications in education, early childhood, and business management, and has built a career spanning teaching, centre operations, and executive leadership both in Australia and internationally. Beyond Little Scholars, Fraser has played a role in growing some of Australia's largest early learning organisations and continues to be active in the sector through leadership involvement with the Australian Childcare Alliance and The Fraser Foundation, an initiative supporting early childhood educators nationally.

Little Scholars' curriculum, branded internally as '''"The Collective,"''' is Reggio Emilia inspired and built around play-based, holistic learning for children from six weeks to school age. The philosophy centres on fostering curiosity, creativity, and independent discovery rather than rote instruction, with each campus operating as a '''"Learn & Play Studio"''' tailored to different developmental stages: Nursery & Infant Care, Toddler Programs, Junior & Senior Kindy, Kindergarten, and Before/After-School and Vacation Care.

The company differentiates itself through a set of signature programs not commonly found in mainstream childcare operators. These include the '''Stingless Bees program''' (a nature-based beekeeping initiative), an '''Intergenerational Program''' connecting children with elderly community members ("Grandfriends"), '''Outdoor Explorers (Bush Kinder)''', '''Wondernest VR''', and the '''Family Time Program''', which extends support to families through on-campus services and take-home meals. Little Scholars also runs the '''Abecedarian Reading approach''', a structured early literacy method, and maintains an '''Environment and Sustainability''' focus across its campuses.

Operating under '''The Scholars Group''' corporate structure, Little Scholars positions itself against larger corporate childcare chains (such as Goodstart, G8 Education, and Guardian Childcare) by emphasising its independent, family-owned status and its ability to make centre-level decisions without corporate bureaucracy. The company states its long-term ambition through what it calls its '''"2036 Vision,"''' a stated growth and quality benchmark for the business's future.

Little Scholars maintains an active online presence, publishing parenting and early-education articles through its blog and posting regularly across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Each of its 17 campuses operates its own claimed Google Business Profile, reflecting the company's location-based service model across South East Queensland.
